Thank you for shopping with Noor Mehel. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders across Pakistan. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship to all cities and towns across Pakistan, including but not limited to:

  • Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi
  • Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta
  • All other cities served by our courier partners

If your area is remote or not covered by standard courier networks, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method or provide a refund.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via [email/SMS/WhatsApp] once your order is placed, and a dispatch notification once it ships.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your city and courier availability.
  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi) typically receive orders on the earlier end of this window.
  • Remote or smaller towns may experience delivery on the later end (up to 5 business days).

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, courier issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control, though we will do our best to keep you informed.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via [SMS/email/WhatsApp]. You can track your order status directly through our courier partner's website or by contacting our support team.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Prepaid Orders

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, along with prepaid options (bank transfer, card, or online payment).
  • COD orders may be subject to verification via phone call before dispatch to reduce fraudulent or fake orders.
  • Prepaid orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically attempt delivery [1–2] times. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order:

  • The order will be returned to our warehouse.
  • We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund as per our Refund Policy.

7. Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout. Noor Mehel is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within [24–48 hours] of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will investigate and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
